We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, leather, fur and cashmere are natural materials, and variations in grain, texture, colour and pattern are inherent and not defects.
Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings.
All measurements are approximate.
We reserve the right to change, discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice.
5. Pricing
All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes (see Shipping Policy).
Shipping charges are shown at checkout and are additional to product prices unless stated otherwise.
We make every effort to ensure prices are correct. If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm at the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
6. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud or failure to meet payment authorization. If payment has been taken, it will be refunded in full.
7. Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of order.
You confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorized to use it.
We may carry out fraud and security checks and may request additional verification before dispatch.
8. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes once we have received full payment.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Consumers in the UK have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right does not apply to personalized, custom-made or made-to-measure items where an applicable legal exception applies.
10. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom, made-to-measure or personalized items are produced to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled once production has begun and are non-returnable unless faulty, subject to applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of any measurements or details you provide.
11. Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders where a code has been misused.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, images, logos, graphics, product designs and the AM Trendora name — is owned by or licensed to AM Trendora and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent, except where permitted by law.
13. Reviews & User Content
By submitting reviews, photos or other content to us or tagging us on social media, you grant AM Trendora a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce that content for marketing purposes. Content must not be unlawful, offensive or infringe third-party rights.

15. Limitation of Liability
